Syam Forges and Palladian villa

Built in 1818, the square-shaped Château de Syam, also known as the “Palladian Villa”, is centred around a peristyle with 8 columns and 3 circular balconies, like a theatre, in the same spirit as the fine villas of Palladio. With a décor inspired by Pompeii and optical illusionary wallpaper, Syam combines charm with a great deal of originality.
