Pont des Vents mill - Montfleur

From its restoration to working order in 1998, this authentic watermill grinds flour between its millstones.  Miller and baker will be keen to tell you about their work when you come to visit. 
The valves open and softly the gears begin to turn.  The tick tack sound of the mill will accompany your visit.

Once the flour is produced, the baker will make naturally-leavened loaves of bread and delicious biscuits cooked in the wood oven and sold in the shop.
