Château de Présilly

This imposing fortress built at the beginning of the XIII century has a remarkable barbican. A group known as «Les Balladins du Château» are organising consolidation works. Young volunteers undertake clearing and restoration work during the second fortnight of July. The more accessible parts and a viewpoint overlooking Orgelet have now been cleared. A waymarked discovery trail with several information boards make for an interesting self-guided visit.
