The church of Notre Dame
Rebuilt in the XV and XVII centuries and completely restored in 1994, Orgelet church was built on the site of an equally important XIII century edifice of which little remains. A beautiful example of the colourful decor which surrounded the lives of the medieval nobility, an outstanding paved floor dating from the end of the XIII century discovered in the ruins of the château is on display there.
Overlooking Orgelet, the remains of the château have just been cleared and give an uninterrupted view over the town and district.
